YOGA FOR CYCLISTS & RUNNERS

I teach yoga classes designed for cyclists and runners. A lot of athletes use yoga as part of their training when they’re off the bike. After long hours of riding, muscles tend to tighten up, limiting their full potential. YOGA helps releasing that tightness, especially in the hamstrings, hip flexors, and quads.

ultimately support cyclists in taking their riding to the next level. My classes focus on areas that need extra love — not just the legs and hip flexors, but also the torso and spine, counteracting that forward flexed riding posture.
